Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • shredded coconut - 1 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • box graham cracker crumbs - 1 oz

How to make out-of-this-world cake:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Stir in coconut. Combine graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. Add alternately with milk to the cream mixture. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Turn mixture into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
