Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- water
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- can mushroom pieces - 4 oz
- packet onion soup mix - 1 item
- beef consomme or 10 1/2 oz - 1 can
How to make mushroom rice:
Melt margarine and add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat until rice is done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Short Grain rice.
