- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 2 c
- soy sauce - 3 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice
- chicken pieces - 2 c
- envelope dry onion soup - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt margarine in a casserole dish; add rice, onion soup, water and soy sauce. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice mixture. Spoon on soups. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes to brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
