Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- cans of beef consomme - 2 item
- jar Green Giant Mushrooms - 1 item
How to make mushroom rice:
Melt margarine in a skillet. Add onions and rice. Saut?© until brown. Add worcestershire. Stir in chopped mushrooms and liquid. Stir until boiling. Pour into a baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Short Grain rice.
