Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked long grain rice - 3/4 c
- can beef broth - 1 1/2
- jar sliced mushrooms undrained - 1 1/2
How to make mushroom rice:
In a 2-quart microwave-safe dish, combine all ingredients. Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir before serving.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Short Grain rice.
