- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cans corn or 1 bag frozen corn - 2 item
How to make mom's corn pudding:
Mix corn, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Beat eggs together with milk and melted butter. Add to corn mixture. Mix well. Pour into well-greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Healthy, Side dish.
