- milk - 3/4 c
- butter or margarine
- Three Rivers corn meal - 1 c
How to make mom's cornbread:
Heat oven to 500°. Place margarine in a medium sized iron frying pan and melt. Mix meal and milk together and pour melted margarine into it, stirring well. Pour in pan and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Corn.
