Ingredients/Components
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- grated Velveeta cheese - 1 c
- small bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- small can cream - 1 item
- soda crackers - 1 item
How to make mom's corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Crumble soda crackers on top of mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Note: Last 10 to 15 minutes, layer slices of Velveeta on top of crackers. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
