Ingredients/Components

- water
- ground beef - 2 lb
- Italian seasoning
- stalks celery - 2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- shredded cabbage - 2 c
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
- can kidney beans - 1 oz
- beef bouillon - 2 tsp
- small zucchini - 2 item
- raw macaroni - 1 c
How to make minnesota minestrone:
Cook ground beef, onion and garlic until brown and drain off the fat. Place this and all other ingredients in a large pot (except macaroni).
