Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- water - 4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 2/3 c
- celery, chopped - 2/3 c
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- carrots, chopped - 2/3 c
- beef bouillon - 1 Tbsp
How to make hamburger soup:
Brown beef and pour off grease. Add margarine and sprinkle with flour; mix together. In large pot, place all other ingredients. I put the tomatoes in the blender. Add meat mixture; bring to boil.
