  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • hamburger meat - 1 lb
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • small chopped onion - 1 item
  • Bisquick mix - 3/4 c

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Fry hamburger meat. Add onion and place in 9-inch pie plate. Spread grated cheese on top of meat.

Batter: Mix milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper and pour over hamburger meat and cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
