Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
- cherries or nutmeat - 1 item
How to make mini cheesecakes:
Beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and brown sugar until well blended (will be slightly lumpy). Put a vanilla wafer (round side down) in bottom of cupcake papers and fill 3/4 full with mixture. Top with cherry or nutmeat. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 30 mins.
