  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • butter, softened - 1/4 c
  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • semi-sweet chocolate - 8 oz
  • half and half - 2 Tbsp
  • 1sour cream - 1 c
  • very strong coffee - 1/4 c
  • Kahlua - 1/4 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp

How to make chocolate kahlua cheesecake:

Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese3/4 c. sugar3 eggs8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate2 Tbsp. half and half1 c. sour cream1/4 c. very strong coffee1/4 c. Kahlua2 tsp. vanilla Crust: Butter sides of 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan. Mix first 4 ingredients with spoon and press crust mixture onto bottom and sides of pan.

Filling: Blend the cream cheese and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, blending until smooth after each addition. Melt chocolate with half and half and add to cheese mixture. Mix in sour cream, cooled coffee, Kahlua and vanilla. Pour into crust in pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350.
