Cherry jubilee

Ingredients/Components

• large can pitted black Bing cherries - 1 item
• Brandy - 2/3 c
• Cointreau liqueur - 1/3 c
• ice cream - 1 item

How to make cherry jubilee:

Heat the cherries; drain. Heat the Brandy slightly and pour over the cherries. Add the Cointreau. Put a match to liquid and serve over ice cream while it burns.
