Ingredients/Components
- large can pitted black Bing cherries - 1 item
- Brandy - 2/3 c
- Cointreau liqueur - 1/3 c
- ice cream - 1 item
How to make cherry jubilee:
Heat the cherries; drain. Heat the Brandy slightly and pour over the cherries. Add the Cointreau. Put a match to liquid and serve over ice cream while it burns.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Low protein.
