- cream cheese - 2 (8
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
- fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate - 1 item
How to make mini cheesecakes:
Place one vanilla wafer in each liner, if using cupcake size. Split wafer, if using mini cupcake size. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Spoon over wafers. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Top with choice of fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 30 mins.
