Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- flour - 4 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- coconut - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- oleo - 2 c
- white sugar - 2 c
- oats - 2 c
- corn flakes do not crush - 3 c
How to make buffalo chips:
Cream the sugars, oleo, eggs and vanilla. Sift and add dry ingredients, adding to creamed mixture. Add the remainder of ingredients. Drop by large tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes a huge amount, but recipe is easily cut in half.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
