Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 2 c
  • 10x sugar
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make mexican wedding cakes:

Cream butter and 10x sugar. Add vanilla, flour and pecans. Blend well. Roll mixture into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 30 minutes. While warm, roll in 10x sugar. Cool and roll again in sugar mixture.
