Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 c
- 10x sugar
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make mexican wedding cakes:
Cream butter and 10x sugar. Add vanilla, flour and pecans. Blend well. Roll mixture into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 30 minutes. While warm, roll in 10x sugar. Cool and roll again in sugar mixture.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
