butter or margarine - 1/2 c
peanut butter - 1/2 c
brown sugar - 1/2 c
sugar - 1/2 c
egg - 1 item
vanilla - 1/2 tsp
flour
baking soda - 3/4 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients together. Blend into cream mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
