  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 2/3 c
  • water - 1 c
  • coconut
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 pkg
  • margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • sauerkraut - 2/3 c
  • cream cheese, melted - 8 oz

How to make sauerkraut cake:

Cream the 2/3 cup butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with the water. Rinse, drain and chop the sauerkraut. Stir in the sauerkraut. Bake in 350° oven in 2 (8-inch) cake pans until center springs back wh
