Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2/3 c
- water - 1 c
- coconut
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 pkg
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- sauerkraut - 2/3 c
- cream cheese, melted - 8 oz
How to make sauerkraut cake:
Cream the 2/3 cup butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with the water. Rinse, drain and chop the sauerkraut. Stir in the sauerkraut. Bake in 350° oven in 2 (8-inch) cake pans until center springs back whRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Vegetables.
