  • coconut - 3/4 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 2 c

  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • Bake at 325° for 30 minutes

How to make mexican wedding cake:

Mix all ingredients; pour into 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Icing:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 stick butter2 c. powdered sugar Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Spread on cake and sprinkle with crushed pecans.
