- cream cheese - 1 (8
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- soda - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- coarsely chopped nuts - 1 c
How to make mexican wedding cake:
Mix by hand 2 cups sugar, flour, soda, eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, pineapple and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.Beat together cream cheese, margarine, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over cooled cake.
