Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- Doritos - 1 item
- chopped canned chilies - 1/2 c
How to make mexican fudge:
Put half the cheese in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine chilies and eggs. Pour over cheese. Top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let sit 5 to 10 minutes, then cut into 1-inch squares and serve with Doritos.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
