Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1 c
- grated cheese Parmesan - 1/4 c
- small onion, diced optional - 1/2 item
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach to thaw and drain. Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 hours. Roll into balls. Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until browned.Can freeze before cooking. Make days ahead.
Note: Makes about 50 spinach balls.
