Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • melted butter - 6 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1 c
  • grated cheese Parmesan - 1/4 c
  • small onion, diced optional - 1/2 item

How to make spinach balls:

Cook spinach to thaw and drain. Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 hours. Roll into balls. Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until browned.

Can freeze before cooking. Make days ahead.

Note: Makes about 50 spinach balls.
