Mexican fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1 c
- margarine or butter - 1 lb
- powdered sugar - 4 lb
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped pecans or nuts of your choice - 2 c
How to make mexican fudge:
Melt the cheese and margarine or butter in a large microwave-safe bowl until mixed. Watch this and stir frequently. Mix in the powdered sugar, cocoa, pecans and vanilla. Mix this well and pour into a 9 x 13 greased and wax papered pan. Chill.This is a NO FAIL fudge. If you do not tell anyone they will not know that it is made with cheese. It is really good.
