Ingredients/Components

  • onion, diced - 1 item
  • picante sauce
  • can refried beans - 1 oz
  • ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
  • bag tortilla chips - 1 item
  • fajita seasoning - 1 tsp
  • can green chillies - 1 oz
  • shredded Colby Longhorn cheese - 1 c

How to make mexican dip:

Brown meat with seasoning and onion; drain and add chillies. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish spread refried beans; top with the meat mixture. Cover with cheese, then pour the picante sauce over the top. Bake for 35 minutes in a 375° oven. Serve over tortilla chips or just dip chips in individually.
