Ingredients/Components
- onion, diced - 1 item
- picante sauce
- can refried beans - 1 oz
- ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
- bag tortilla chips - 1 item
- fajita seasoning - 1 tsp
- can green chillies - 1 oz
- shredded Colby Longhorn cheese - 1 c
How to make mexican dip:
Brown meat with seasoning and onion; drain and add chillies. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish spread refried beans; top with the meat mixture. Cover with cheese, then pour the picante sauce over the top.
