- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- peanuts - 2 c
How to make sugared peanuts:
Bring to a boil and continue boiling and stirring until all water is gone. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake in 200° oven until peanuts are crisp inside, not soggy.Optional: Also good with pecans.
