Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can chili with beans or homemade chili con carne - 1 item
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese* - 2 c
How to make mexican dip:
*Or, use 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers for a hotter taste.Spread softened cream cheese in bottom of glass casserole dish. Spread chili over the cream cheese. Cover with your choice of cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese bubbles, or 3 minutes in the microwave on High setting. Serve with nacho chips.
