Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salad dressing - 3/4 c
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- Cheddar cheese - 2 4
- dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing buttermilk - 1 pkg
- of each: fresh cauliflower, fresh broccoli, onion, grated carrots, celery, green pepper, cucumber and mushrooms if desired, finely chopped - 1/2 3/4
How to make veggie pizza:
Flatten crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Press edges together. Bake according to the directions on package. Cool.Mix together cream cheese, salad dressing and buttermilk Ranch dressing. Spread over crust. Finely chop the fresh vegetables and sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture. Add Cheddar cheese on top. Keep pizza cold. Enjoy.
