Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1 item
- melted butter - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 item
How to make potato wedges:
Thoroughly scrub as many medium to large sized potatoes as needed. Cut into quarters or halves, depending on size. Coat with flour. Place in melted butter (enough to completely cover bottom of dish) in baking dish. (Single layer.) Sprinkle with seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese. Bake until done in 350° oven, approximately 45 minutes. Can turn half way through baking if desired.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
