Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- ground meat - 1 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- bacon drippings - 1/2 c
- corn meal - 1 c
- jalapeno peppers - 3 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Pour 1/2 mixture, then mix remaining ingredients together. Add it and top with the last of first mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
