Mexican corn bread
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- corn kits - 1 pkg
How to make mexican corn bread:
Saute ground beef until done and brown. Wash and drain to remove grease. Put back on heat, add salt and pepper. Mix corn kit, corn, egg and onion. Add Cheez Whiz and beef. Mix well until Cheez Whiz is melted. Pour into 9 x 12 x 2-inch well-greased pan. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
