Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 1/2
How to make memphis corn pudding:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Spray baking dish with Pam. Pour into a square 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for approximately 40 to 50 minutes or until set or lightly brown.Note: 1/2 to 1 cup of grated cheese can be added to the batter, if desired.
