Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 item
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- dried mustard - 1 Tbsp
- cans mushrooms - 3 1/2
- small onion, cut up - 1 item
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Combine all but the mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes on medium to medium-high. Add mushrooms; simmer for 2 minutes. Put in bowl; cover tightly and chill for several hours or overnight. Stir a few times.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Marinades and rubs.
