Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 1 lb
- bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool. Add onion and pepper. Mix other ingredients and pour over carrots. Let set for 12 hours. Keeps well in the refrigerator as long as 2 weeks.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
