Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- large onion in rings - 1 item
- large green pepper, sliced thinly - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots just until tender. Drain onions and peppers. Heat soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a saucepan until mixed well. Pour over vegetables and toss until well coated.
