Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- onions, sliced - 2 item
- green peppers, sliced - 2 item
How to make carrot salad:
Cook carrots until they are tender; cool. Combine soup, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar in a saucepan. Cook until thoroughly heated, then cool completely. Put vegetables in a bowl and pour soup mixture over all. Stir to mix well. Refrigerate until serving time.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
