Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- sliced green pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- sliced small onion - 1 item
- baby or sliced carrots - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until done, but firm. Drain and cool. Mix together other ingredients. Add carrots. Cover and marinate at least 12 hours. Stir once or twice.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
