- milk - 3 c
- corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- oleo - 3 Tbsp
- vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
- semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- milk or to spreading consistency - 3 Tbsp
How to make eclair dessert:
Topping:2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted3 Tbsp. oleo2 Tbsp. corn syrup1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk or to spreading consistency Mix pudding and milk, then fold in Cool Whip. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put a layer of graham crackers. Then half the pudding, another layer of grahams and then remainder of pudding and one more layer of graham crackers.
