Ingredients/Components
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- carrots, peeled, cooked and sliced - 1 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
