How to make cheese cake:

Topping:1 pt. sour cream4 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. vanilla Cake: Beat all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

Topping: Mix well until blended. Pour evenly over both cheese cakes. Turn oven up to 400° and bake another 6 minutes. Cut when cooled.
