Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dry white wine - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- mushrooms - 1 lb
- bay leaves - 2 item
- dried parsley - 1 Tbsp
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Place all ingredients, except mushrooms and wine, in a large pot. Bring to boil. Add mushrooms and wine; boil 5 minutes. Place in hot jars; cover with the marinated juice. Will keep in fridge for about 2 weeks.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Marinades and rubs.
