Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • dry white wine - 2 Tbsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • olive oil - 1/4 c
  • mushrooms - 1 lb
  • bay leaves - 2 item
  • dried parsley - 1 Tbsp

How to make marinated mushrooms:

Place all ingredients, except mushrooms and wine, in a large pot. Bring to boil. Add mushrooms and wine; boil 5 minutes. Place in hot jars; cover with the marinated juice. Will keep in fridge for about 2 weeks.
