Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots and drain. Cool. Slice onions and green pepper in rounds. Mix with cooled carrots. Mix other ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate for 12 hours. Drain and serve. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Serves 12.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
