Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream
- stick margarine, softened - 1/2 item
- eggs one at a time - 4 item
- bars cream cheese
How to make cheese cake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) bars cream cheese1 1/2 c. sugar4 eggs (one at a time)1 Tbsp. vanilla Topping:8 oz. sour cream1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Crust: Combine and press into spring-form pan. Set in freezer while preparing filling.Filling: Cream ingredients until smooth. Pour into hardened crust and bake for 50 minutes at 350°. Cool for 15 minutes.
Topping: Blend together until creamy. Pour over cool cheese cake and return to oven for 10 minutes at 400°. Cool overnight and serve.
