Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Boil sliced carrots until tender; drain. Mix dry ingredients. Add tomato soup, oil, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over carrots, onion and bell pepper. Marinate overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
