Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- diced green pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sliced red onion - 1 item
- raw carrots, sliced, cooked and cooled - 2 lb
- dry or jar mustard - 1 Tbsp
How to make marinated carrots:
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate at least 12 hours before serving. Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
