Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Cauliflower should be put in cold salted water, head down, for 30 minutes. Then drop into boiling salted water, heat up, and cook until tender. Cauliflower should be cooked uncovered and rapidly. Do not overcook. Drain and serve as desired. Good served with heated Cheez Whiz poured over it.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
