Ingredients/Components

• Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
• refrigerator biscuits - 1 pkg
• cottage cheese - 1 c
• Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
• thin slices pepperoni - 20 item

How to make pizza turnovers:

Combine cottage cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Halve each biscuit horizontally, making 20. Gently shape each piece of dough into an oval about 2 1/2 x 4-inches and place a slice of pepperoni in center top with a tablespoon of cheese mixture. Moisten edges and seal pocket. Cook for 20 minutes in 350° oven.
