Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Slice carrots. Cook until tender; drain and cool. Layer with onion and pepper.Mix soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Pour over carrots, onions and peppers. Marinate overnight.
