  • small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • soy sauce to taste - 1 item
  • large carrots, shredded - 3 item
  • small head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
  • egg roll wraps produce section - 1 item

How to make lumpia(egg rolls):

Cook hamburger in skillet until brown; drain off fat. Add chopped onions, cabbage, carrots and about 1 or 2 teaspoons of soy sauce. Cook together, stir constantly, until vegetables are tender.

Place about 2 tablespoons mixture on center of wrap. Follow directions on front of egg roll wraps and fold as directed. Seal with 1 well beaten egg. Deep fry in very hot oil until lightly brown.
