Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 slices
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- hamburger
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped fine - 1 c
How to make porcupines:
Mix well and shape into balls. Place in baking dish and pour 2 1/2 cups tomato juice over balls. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Best if simmered awhile.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
